What is EBO2 / EBOO Therapy?
EBO2 stands for Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation, and is second generation technology from the original EBOO. It is an advanced blood therapy performed outside the body, in a clean, closed system, under medical supervision.
Blood is drawn from one vein and flows through a sterile, single-use system. There, it passes through several stages: filtering, oxygen enrichment, and controlled ozone exposure. In the full EBO2 protocol, blood also passes through a light therapy chamber. Once treated, the clean, oxygen-rich blood returns to your body through a second vein.
Older ozone blood therapies treat a much smaller amount of blood, often less than a liter. EBO2 treats far more, typically four to seven liters in one visit. That is close to a large share of all the blood in your body. Treating more blood at once means broader effects from a single visit.

A first-generation EBOO uses a single basic filter membrane and typically processes about 1 to 3 liters of blood. Ozone stays low, and most of the finer material stays in circulation. That is the version 99% of other offices still run, and we do not offer it. Our lowest tier is High Volume EBOO: up to 2.5 times more blood filtered, 4 to 7 liters versus 1 to 3, through a multi-tier filter rather than a single basic membrane, still at a low ozone dose. Two tiers sit above that. Add therapeutic ozone and it is an EBO2 session. Add therapeutic ozone and Hemealumen Light and it is an EBO3 session.
EBOO (High Volume)
$1,495, or $1,295 in a series of 3
High Volume EBOO means more of your blood through a finer filter, not a higher ozone dose. Blood leaves through one line, passes a multi-tier filter, and returns through a second line. A first-generation circuit, the version 99% of other offices still run, typically moves about 1 to 3 liters through a single basic membrane. In contrast, High Volume EBOO processes about 4 to 7 liters, which is up to 2.5 times more blood, and the multi-tier filter pulls out more of what that basic membrane leaves behind: inflammatory particles, lipid debris and fat droplets, and damaged cell fragments. Oxygen is still part of the circuit. What you are not getting is a therapeutic ozone dose, and you are not getting Hemealumen Light. Choose this for a first session, if you want the filtration without the full ozone price, if you tend to run sensitive to ozone, or if the goal right now is the cleanest pass with the gentler redox load. Redox means the oxidative signal ozone places on the blood. Gentler means a smaller signal, so the session cleans without asking as much of your antioxidant reserves. It is also where Dr. Cutler may start you if glutathione stores are low. Once you are cleared for treatment, the starting tier is his call in the consultation. Hemealumen Light can be added here for $300 a session, or $245 on a series, if you want the light without stepping up to therapeutic ozone.
EBO2
$1,895, or $1,650 in a series of 3
EBO2 uses the same multi-tier filter and the same blood volume as High Volume EBOO. The difference is the ozone dose. We raise it into the therapeutic range, high enough to flip on a repair switch in your cells called Nrf2. Nrf2 is what tells your cells to rebuild glutathione, your main cellular antioxidant. You use it to clear oxidative stress, support detox, and keep inflammation from piling up as you age. When it runs low, energy drops and recovery slows.The second effect of EBO2 is on stem cells. Most of your repair cells are stem cells, and they sit in the bone marrow until something calls them out. EBO2 sends that call with therapeutic ozone. It improves blood flow and releases the messages that move those stem cells into the bloodstream, including the ones that rebuild the lining of your blood vessels. These are your own cells. Nothing is injected. As you get older, the marrow answers that call more slowly. Small vessel damage piles up, circulation gets lazier, and a workout, a bruise, or a hard week costs more than it used to. This is the session built so recovery and blood flow have a better chance of acting like they did a decade earlier. A lower ozone dose still filters the blood, but without therapeutic ozone that call is not sent. There is no Hemealumen Light on this tier. Choose it when you want the stem-cell repair effect without the light.
EBO3

EBO3 is the complete session. You get the same multi-tier filtration, the same blood volume, and the same therapeutic ozone dose as EBO2, but now we are adding Hemealumen Light. Hemealumen Light is polychromatic light applied directly to the blood outside of the body, not a lamp on the skin. Several wavelengths hit the blood at once. Red and near-infrared support mitochondrial energy and ATP. Green supports easier flow, less clumping, and better oxygen uptake. Violet supports vessel relaxation and oxygen and nutrient delivery. UVA supports circulation and the NAD and NADH step in cellular energy. UVC is the wavelength that disrupts the genetic material of microbes in the blood being treated outside of the body. In blood research, that includes bacteria, many viruses, and some blood-borne parasites that live inside red blood cells. It is not a cleanse for gut parasites or worms. Dr. Cutler treats those separately, because this light only sees the blood being treated outside of the body. The same light also sends an immune signal. It wakes white blood cells in that treated blood and gives them a second cue on top of the ozone, so the immune response is stronger than ozone alone. People book this for the energy, the circulation, the microbial effect, and the deeper anti-inflammatory pass in the same visit. If you are doing a series, this is the one we recommend.
