How To Prepare For Infrared Wrap

What To Expect During The Treatment
Each session in the Infrared Body Wrap is generally 40 minutes. While you are relaxing, your body will be hard at work sweating, pumping blood and burning calories. During the treatment wear a bathing suit, or light gym clothes and bring a change of clothes. Relax and enjoy the healing and detoxification taking place.
How Many Treatments Do I Need?
Infrared wrap therapy can be done 2-4 times per week to help you reach your weight loss and fitness goals. As your goals are met, once or twice a month is ideal for maintenance. For pain and stress release or detoxification start weekly, then maintain with one to two times per month. Infrared wrap therapy is an excellent choice to help prepare you for a special event, before or after vacation, and before or after any big splurge.
